Tool #1 - Taplio/Tweethunter

This is functions as the heart of my social media engine.

These are basically the same tool. (made by the same person) but simply adapted for a different platform.

Taplio is for LinkedIn

Tweethunter is for Twitter

Usecase 1 - I recommend using built-in AI writing to create hooks and improve existing drafts.

Usecase 2 - Idea generation! I like to search for viral posts based on a specific topic, put them into a list for inspiration and then start pumping out ideas.

Usecase 3 - This is nothing crazy, but if you’re a busy business persons sometimes you need to be able to manage your content schedule which they’ve made very easy using a “queue” of posts that auto-upload.

Usecase 4 - Auto-DM people from lead magnet/giveaway posts. I only ever do this on Twitter because on LinkedIn you risk getting banned. But it still saves me a ton of time (or money if I was to hire someone else to do it.)

Tool #2 - Sendspark

Sendspark is an AI video outreach tool.

It generates personalized videos based on a script for each individual lead.

These video outreach emails typically get 300% better results than text-based emails.

It has a integration with Smartlead that allows you to directly add your AI-personalized videos to each prospect.

Each video can be customized with headers, messages, and calls to action, to push the prospect to book a call.

You can even track different metrics so that you can optimize your campaigns.

Tool #3 - Gamma

I use Gamma to create pitch decks, sales presentations, mini-sites and webinar slides.

It has an AI that not only generates the content, but also creates an engaging format by creating graphics, charts and different structures for each slide.

I share it and collaborate with my team to edit and contribute at the same time.

I really love Notion, and the text in Gamma works the same way. It’s also got a bunch of / commands just like Notion to embed existing tools.

Here’s 6rules to make a good prompt:

  1. Define the purpose

  2. As specific as possible

  3. Any key details or info

  4. Set the tone and writing style

  5. Mention who the target audience is

  6. Choose a specific size for the slides
