For this growth engine, you need to choose either:

1. Twitter

or

2. LinkedIn

to be the nucleus of your content engine.

If you don’t have an existing audience on any platforms, go for LinkedIn.

This is because LinkedIn is giving massive impression/view share to new creators and it’s very easy to get followers on the platform.

If you already have an audience, push them over to Twitter.

To go from 0 → 500 followers on Twitter OR LinkedIn:

• 20+ comment replies/day

• 20 dms/day or 20 connection requests (for LinkedIn)

• 1 post/day

These engagements & interactions should be targeted at:

1. Your ICP

2. People with the same ICP

to make sure you are building an audience that will actually buy your stuff.

Your first 500 followers should take 1 month on LinkedIn, but on Twitter probably more like 1-3 months.

To go from 500 → 10,000 followers (my current strategy):

• 1 post/day

• 1 Lead magnet post/week pushing to newsletter or Youtube

• As many case studies/results/testimonials AS POSSIBLE

• 20 comment replies/day

• 20 connection requests/day
