2 simple strategies to add $50,000/month to your biz

The following strategies are not “secrets” or “gimmicks”.
I’m just going to be going over 2 strategies that can help 2-5x MRR of any business, every. single. time.
#1 Downsells
Every hopped on a call with an unqualified lead?
They might have been unqualified for your core, high-ticket service but it’s very possible they had the budget for something smaller.
This is where Downsells come in.
Here’s some examples for agencies:
One-time Offer (avg $500-$1,000) - This is where you setup a build & release system, or provide a custom digital product
Consulting Calls (avg $100-500/hour) - give advice, resources and personalized help to the client
Low-ticket Community (avg $50-$200/month) - This is similar to a DWY/Consulting offer but less personalized and easier to manage
Hopefully this will still benefit them and then lead them to a position where they might be fit for a more expensive offer, which brings me to…
#2 Upsells
An upsell is where you sell additional things on top of what a client has already purchased.
It can be after they’ve bought or even during the sales call.
Here’s some examples for agencies:
Service for a new problem (avg $1,000-$5,000/month) - This is the same structure as your core service but solving a different problem
System for a new problem (avg $10,000+ one-time) - This is as the previous one but a one-time build out of infrastructure/system
More of the core service (avg +$1,000-$5,000/month) - This is the core service but with higher volume, e.g More cold emails, more linkedin posts, more designs, more ads, more, more, more
These are examples of what I’ve actually seen converting in the industry.
If you’re still not sure, then ask some of your current clients what else would help them.
